    Hello, Maxim. There seems to be a problem when claiming the daily free-bet bonus for "The Ultimate Daily Deposit Marathon." It shows the error message: "Sorry, receiving the reward failed. Please try again." I hope the team will acknowledge the problem and resolve it. Thank you.

      Meanwhile we suggest if BCGAME is not loading fast or you are experiencing errors, please follow these steps for troubleshooting.

      1- If using app, clear app data.
      2- If using browser clear Data, Cache, Cookies, Temporary Files
      3- Refresh your internet connection by turning off/on router/modem or "Airplane mode" on cellphone.

      1- Change browser
      2- Open one of the Official Mirror site from BCGAME.COM
