BC game support team is useless and no one helps

I had deposited the money but the money has not come yet. After talking to the support they said that your money has been returned to you. After some time they again replied that you have got your deposit successful. After some time they said that this Transition of yours. Don't even have ID, no one is giving support, are kicking me out of Telegram group.

And there is no answer by telling the details of the money returned to my account.
If I have placed a bet, there is no response even after asking for its details. Now he directly says that it is not your deposit.

Sach a useless game i jst upload so manytimes that i have deposit my 500rs and found nothing on my wallet deposit date 06may till now now 1help i upload so many time my screenshots and so many times i complaint on live support but no1 response useless live support avaitor game is better then bcgame because they have no problem of deposits
