In the example, 1.06 is the number of rounds.
This means that usually you will encounter 1.06 rounds whose result is less than your specified payout.
This number is calculated, so it contains a decimal point.
You can simply round it up, it's up to you.

We will all be dead by the time it hits these stats. 200 million times comes out to about 170 years when there are about 3000-3500 games that happen a day. Since they have started the new algorithm there has been less then 500k games.  There will probably around 1.2 million games that run a year.  We prob never see the max losing streaks posted here in our lifetime. 27 losses for 2x would take around 100 million games to see once.  Can it happen sooner? Sure, but the odds are with you that it won't.
